WAVE is for everyone! All fitness levels welcome. Every Ride or Workout will be a unique experience where music and movement come together to push you mentally and physically. We move as one to the beat of the music, with absolutely ZERO competition. Our WAVE Team is always available to help you check in, set up your bike and make sure you are all set for your class. Riding at your own pace and modifying moves for any WAVE class is never a problem and encouraged when needed. Show up for you, crush your goals and have fun. This is a SAFE SPACE FOR EVERYONE and all fitness levels. Everyone is here to support you!

Ready to host the perfect ride? The studio is all yours! Our WAVE Cycle location may be rented out for charity, group or private rides! We love hosting bachelorette/bachelor parties, birthdays, company outings, fundraisers and holiday parties! Plus, our dedicated WAVE Cycle team helps with every detail, ensuring that you host a customized experience your group will never forget.
