Do I Need Bike Shoes?
We recommend that everyone wear cycling shoes in all WAVE Ride classes. We have cycling shoes to rent for both indoor and outdoor rides. Our bikes are compatible with SPD cleats. “Clipping in” is a lot safer and is a great way to feel even more connected to the bike and to the class.
Do I Need To Make A Reservation For Class?
We recommend that you make a reservation if you plan to attend a class by creating an account and picking/reserving your spot. Purchasing a credit does not mean you are confirmed for class. You will always choose the specific spot/bike for each class. You will then receive an email confirmation mentioning the date, time and specific spot for your upcoming class. We do welcome walk-in riders, but warn you that classes often fill-up. You can make a reservation online up to 7 days in advance. We do not accept unpaid reservations over the phone or in person. You must have a valid class or class package on your account in order to reserve a bike.
I Want To Rent Out A Studio/Host a Party. How Do I Do That?
Our WAVE Cycle location may be rented out for charity, group or private rides! Use our award winning, unique studio space to host bachelorette/bachelor parties, birthdays, company outings, fundraisers, holiday parties, or any other event! Reach out to admin@wavecyclestudio.com for more information.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
We have a strict no-refund policy so please do not purchase classes or packages unless you are sure you will use them. We do offer account credit if you would like to return one package in exchange for another.
Do You Offer Any Student Or Military/First Responder Discounts?
Yes! The discounts will be automatically applied at checkout once you visit the studio to confirm (with valid ID) that you are a Student or Military/First Responder. Your account will be updated and all discounts will be applied going forward.
