THE WAVE WAY
WAVE is for everyone! All fitness levels welcome. Every Ride or Workout will be a unique experience where music and movement come together to push you mentally and physically. We move as one to the beat of the music, with absolutely ZERO competition. Our WAVE Team is always available to help you check in, set up your bike and make sure you are all set for your class. Riding at your own pace and modifying moves for any WAVE class is never a problem and encouraged when needed. Show up for you, crush your goals and have fun. This is a SAFE SPACE FOR EVERYONE and all fitness levels. Everyone is here to support you!
Get ready to Ride The WAVE!
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
ARRIVE EARLY: Please arrive 15 minutes before class. This allows you enough time to check in at the front desk, put your belongings away, fill your water, if needed, and ensure you are all set up ready for class with zero rush!
HYDRATE/SHOES: We ask that everyone bring water with them to the studio and hydrate before, during and after each class or workout. We also have water available for purchase at the front desk and a water-fill station for you to fill your own bottle if needed. We recommend all riders clip in for WAVE Rides. We utilize SPD Clips and have shoe rentals available at the front desk.
GOOD VIBES ONLY: Leave the negativity at the door! We ride/workout as one and we are all here to support each other from start to finish. We respect everyone’s goals and are committed to providing a distraction free safe space for everyone attending a WAVE class.

UNPLUG/UNWIND: We ask that everyone please leave ALL of your personal belongings at home. We have a strict no cell phone policy inside the studio. This allows everyone to disconnect from any stress and focus on crushing their goals during every WAVE class! We will gladly store your phone safely at the front desk if needed as well!
