A WAVE Ride is our signature 45-minute indoor cycling cardio class! This cycling class is for beginners and experienced riders alike. You are in control of the resistance from start to finish. We ride to the beat of the music as one with no competition. This high intensity class is set to energizing beats and incorporates weights for light upper-body work. You’ll leave feeling empowered and ready to take on your day.
OUTDOOR WAVE Ride
An OUTDOOR WAVE Ride is our newest WAVE experience. Come sweat with us on the water! Experience our signature 45-minute class while riding outdoors! Ride to the beat of the music while overlooking the water, yachts, the Newport Bridge and the most unforgettable sunrises and sunsets!
A WAVE Workout is a 45-minute, off the bike, small group , full body HIIT workout. WAVE Train is limited to 4 people and focused on what YOU want to work on. These classes will focus on cardio while implementing upper and lower body strength training using bands and light dumbbells.
WAVE Flow offers accessible yoga poses and deep stretching in a comfortably low lit atmosphere. WAVE flow strengthens and energizes through 45 minutes of breath-focused movement and music. This class is designed to strengthen and stretch the body and mind.
