A WAVE Ride is our signature indoor cycling cardio class! This cycling class is for beginners and experienced riders alike. You are in control of the resistance from start to finish. We ride to the beat of the music as one with no competition. This high intensity class is set to energizing beats and incorporates weights for light upper-body work. You’ll leave feeling empowered and ready to take on your day.
WAVE BIKE & BARRE
Welcome to BIKE & BARRE! This class is the perfect mix of two of our favorite workouts! 30 minutes of glute burning heart racing spin followed by 15 minutes of barre exercises on and off the bike. The barre portion of the class will include isometric movements with light weights to challenge all your arms, core, and legs. This class will help you build confidence in your form and posture, tone muscles, and build cardiovascular endurance. Oh, and it is so much fun!
WAVE SPIN & SQUAT
This class is a on and off the bike, small group , full body workout. These classes will focus on cardio while implementing upper and lower body strength training using bands and light dumbbells.
WAVE RESISTANCE RIDE
Let’s get back to the basics! This cycling class is for beginners and experienced riders alike. You are in control from start to finish. This class focuses on resistanace with no choreography.
